NEPBA Calls for Immediate Settlement in Bourne Patrol Officers’ Contract Negotiations

After months of good-faith negotiations without resolution, the matter has now been filed with the Joint Labor Management Committee. NEPBA is calling on Town leadership to act now—before further delays impact staffing, morale, and community trust.
