The New England Police Benevolent Association (NEPBA) advances the rights, safety, and professional integrity of law enforcement officers across New England. To do that effectively, NEPBA operates two separate advocacy funds, each serving a distinct but complementary role.

What the PAC Fund Does
The NEPBA PAC Fund exists to influence the political process by supporting candidates for public office who have demonstrated a commitment to public safety, fair labor practices, and the rights of law enforcement professionals.
- Supports pro-law-enforcement candidates at the local, state, and regional levels
- Helps elect leaders who understand policing realities, collective bargaining, and public safety policy
- Ensures law enforcement has a seat at the table when critical decisions are made
Why the PAC Fund Matters
Legislation does not happen in a vacuum, it is shaped by the people elected to office. The PAC Fund allows NEPBA to:
- Protect against harmful or uninformed policy proposals

The NEPBA Education & Advocacy Fund is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization focused on shaping policy, educating the public, and advancing long-term law enforcement interests—outside of candidate elections.
What the Education & Advocacy Fund Does
- Advocates for public safety policy reforms that support officers and communities
- Educates lawmakers, stakeholders, and the public on complex policing issues
- Supports research, outreach, communications, and legislative strategy
- Strengthens NEPBA’s voice on non-partisan advocacy issue
Why the Education & Advocacy Fund Matters
