On Thursday May 9th NEPBA Director Jerry Flynn, Executive Secretary Bill Ryan and Legislative Director Paul Larkham attended a pay parity rally at the State House in Boston.

Hostile work environment described at Hillsborough County Attorney’s office

The NEPBA heard the many complaints from our members concerning the mismanagement of their office at the Hillsborough County Attorney’s office from the moment they joined our organization. NEPBA WINS ARBITRATION CASE: City settles case with Northampton police lieutenant

NORTHAMPTON — The city has vacated a three-day suspension previously given to one of the police department’s lieutenants and withdrawn the findings of an internal investigation that accused him of violating department policy.
