Attorney Gary Nolan represented the Shrewsbury Police Patrol Officers/NEPBA in a hard fought victory to secure overtime rights for patrol officers. The case stemmed from a practice of prohibiting patrol officers who worked late nights from accepting daytime overtime shifts.
