Renew Your Accidental Death & Dismemberment Policy

Dear I.U.P.A. Member:

Throughout my years as an Executive Officer with I.U.P.A., I have seen officers that have been killed in the line of duty for various reasons and most of their families were not protected by an insurance policy. It is our goal to ensure that all of our officers and their families are covered.
Through our partner, American Income Life (AIL), I.U.P.A. members are entitled to a $10,000 accidental death insurance policy while on the job at no cost to them. In addition, to cover I.U.P.A. members for accidents while not on the job, AIL allows this policy to entitle you to a no-cost $5,000 worldwide accidental death insurance policy.
An amazing feature of this member benefit is that AIL does not require any long forms or medical examinations upon enrollment and members can simply enroll by calling 1-800-465-4355, or contact Janette Maupin at jmaupin@iupa.org or (941) 487-2560.

Sincerely,
Sam A. Cabral
International President
