The New England PBA, I.U.P.A. Local 9000, AFL-CIO is proud of our affiliation with the International Union of Police Associations, AFL-CIO and is actively involved in organizing all law enforcement officers within the labor movement with the idea of “Speaking with One Voice; Moving with One Purpose.”

The New England PBA, Inc. is certified as a non-profit 501(c) (5) corporation as defined by the IRS and we are incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and registered with the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, as well as the State of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Labor Relations Commission, in an effort to exclusively represent law enforcement professionals and their support staff. Our staff has extensive expertise in both law enforcement and labor relations; we are truly an organization of law enforcement professionals, who represent only law enforcement professionals and their support staff.

Our representatives and legal staff are uniquely qualified to assist your organization with any labor related matter or with any legal issue involving any job related action, while in the performance of your duties. We are proud to say that we are the only law enforcement labor organization in the region who has contracted with a professional law enforcement based stress management team to assist our members and their families with the personal difficulties often associated with law enforcement - at absolutely NO COST to the member.

Our “Rapid Response Unit” will be at your location in the event of a catastrophic situation such as an officer involved shooting, an officer involved motor vehicle accident or any emergency situation where legal union representation is needed, and like you – we will respond 365/24/7.
